can summer get any more boring?! sheesh.. well.. to finish up what i said in the last entry.. hmm... oh we saw a big fish!.. or it could have been a baby shark?? i would like to hope it was a fish.. haha. but ANYWHO.. it was fun.. i forgot wat i was going to say after that.. oh well.. i went to the beach (Gator Beach in SD) on aug.3.. that was..mm. okay.. it was a family party so... it could have been worse.. haha. i seriously got sore that time.. and i'm still sore! it's from all the digging!! OooO.. but the sand was so soft.. i wanna go back! and i found a sand dollar!.. but then my sister broke it.. =( and that was my first time to find one too.. i didn't go in the water to deep cuz 1. i didn't wear my bathing suit (i would have went in even tho i wasn't wearing the right clothing) and 2. 2 ppl. got stung by sting rays.. yikes.. so i only went as far as the water level was knee deep.. and i got my jeans wet while at it.. we slept over and i had brought only one pair of jeans.. so i had to go church the next day in my sandy moist jeans.. yuck.. then we ate at home town buffet! yum! wut i think was the highlight of my trip to SD was waiting at the border of the public beach and the navy base beach for my aunt to show some ID so that the guard would let us thru.. haha. it was funny cuz the guard wouldn't let my dad and i out of his site! my mom went in with her uncle who had an ID so we had to park the car in the public area and walk to where the party was at. then when it was time to leave everyone walked to their car on the base while my family had to walk pass the guard again.. haha. it was fun tho.. it was a surprise party but the weird thing is the bday person had to lead us to the place. so my mom had to "lie" and say we had to drop of some anniversary gifts there.. then when we had to transfer the stuff into his car (cuz they didn't let us park on the base), he saw the cake with his picture on it and the little giveaways of a grandpa sitting on a rocking chair. haha. it was well planned.. until that point.. haha. so yeah. i spent my weekend @ SD and then it was back to my normal schedule.. haha
